MYOB Training Learning Outcomes

NJM & Co cater training specifically on a case by case basis and do not use a standard structure or teaching doctrine, as no two training scenarios are the same. TAFE use a doctrine competency based training package that teaches overall basics to a set assessment. The assessment is not an accurate measurement on any individuals competency levels, instead it is a measure that you can be taught to pass a test. That type of training is unrealistic and often the main cause for dismal on the job abilities. Anyone can be taught to pass a test, but to be correctly trained for your actual work environment, task or role is a completely different model of training.
