NJM & Co are looking for bookkeepers who excel within their field and require part-time and possibly full-time employment under the NJM & Co corporate umbrella. NJM & Co are not your average "Joe Blow" bookkeeper, they're a Company that has a reputation to provide exacting results to their clientele with nothing short of perfection. Near enough is not good enough. Criteria to Meet

Minimum certificate III Financial Services (Accounts Clerical)
Must be able to confidently enter general journal entries and adjustments as required using MYOB software
Quicken experience is nice, though not essential
Must have payroll competency
On the job experience is not essential, as you can be trained
Commonsense is essential for accurate financial accounting
All work will be performed from the NJM & Co Mulgrave office
Work hours can be tailored to meet single parents, parents with school age children, etc

Applicants will be practicably tested for all aspects of bookkeeping, fault finding and ability to learn from mistakes. Successful applicants will be subject to confidentiality and workplace contracts. Pay and benefits will be discussed at time of interview. Wages will be structured to increase as and only when applicants capacity to produce exact financial accounting is obtained.
