NJM & Co are diverse and flexible with both clients and employee's on how work is performed.
Client Flexibility
Flexibility is often the key ingredient to a successful business relationship. We attempt to cater our clients needs to the best of our abilities ensuring an optimal outcome that suits both parties requirements. Examples of our client flexible work environments are:
- Some clients prefer that we only work on-site, maintaining all records on their business premises.
- Some clients prefer a mixture of on-site and off-site to keep costs reduced, though maintain personal continuity.
- Some clients we see on-site a couple of times per year for matters that must be done in person, otherwise perform all work off-site via mail.
- Some clients use their own MYOB, majority use our file licensing which keeps client costs to a minimum outlay. No expensive software purchase.
- Some clients provide computers or office space on-site, otherwise we provide our own self sufficient mobile computing with wireless connections.
- Some clients prefer periodic after hours consultation to maintain financial integrity of their business.
- Some clients exist outside our normal working area of Melbourne CBD, ie. Shepparton, etc, though are happy to pay the travel and accommodation costs to visit several times a year to audit and finalise all financial data before submission to the ATO.
- Some clients are training only or one off audits, all with options and flexibility on where and when work is performed.
Employee Flexibility
Flexible working environments are the new workspace for today's workforce. NJM & Co have adopted a flexible work environment for our employee's which aids more work being achieved with less administrative issues. For example, we have part-time bookkeepers, full-time bookkeepers, bookkeepers who work from home or our office with flexible hours.
