NJM & Co service the Melbourne area and much of the Greater Melbourne District (excluding Geelong area).
NJM & Co provide on-site training and bookkeeping services, though it is encouraged that the majority of services remain off-site, within the NJM & Co office located in Mulgrave. This minimizes cost to the client and allows more efficient use of NJM & Co staff time. Costs are higher for on-site work due to lost time in transit and travel costs.
NJM & Co office is located in Mulgrave and used for the majority of all bookkeeping and financial services. This allows greater flexibility to clients ensuring costs are minimized with improved throughput of services. Documentation transport is effective through secure post, pickup or delivery services, online transmission or fax.
NJM & Co have the ability to securely remote into client computers and perform bookkeeping tasks, file access and immediate training assistance through live remote computer control. Clients requiring remote bookkeeping services merely must leave their computer on, connected to the Internet and that's it, NJM & Co can then work remotely whilst you run your business.
This means whilst you sit in front of your computer monitor, NJM & Co staff can enter your computer and instruct you via phone and live demonstration upon your computer desktop. You see it as they do it!
This negates unnecessary time taken for the more expensive on-site smaller training tasks or clients waiting for an appointment to visit your business location. We understand time is money!
NJM & Co provide a range off support to clients ensuring client needs are constantly assured. Remote computer support is available as mentioned previously. Phone, fax and email support is available during working hours and often after hours within reasonable limits.
Note: Clients do require a minimum 256k (upload and download) broadband connection for remote capability. Remote assistance fits most computer operating systems. Connections are SSL encrypted and secure through VPN or VNC. Initial on-site consultation must be performed to set-up remote computer access. NJM & Co may require to purchase specific equipment or licenses in order to establish remote and/or secure connection, invoiced to client.
